All students must join Bluegrass United and receive a BU ID before registering for BU Electives or any other BU Program.

The fee is $15 ($16 on PayPal) for a regular membership or $25 ($26 on PayPal) for an associate membership. You may pay by check or via PayPal with an additional fee.
Registration for 2026 Spring Semester of BU Electives
Spring Electives Registration is open December 1-8, 2025.
NOTE: ALL FRESHMAN MUST REGISTER FOR FRESHMAN FOUNDATIONS DURING THE FIRST HOUR.
1. Read the website (bluegrassunited.com). Pay Special attention to the expectations, dress code, and calendar.
2. Thoroughly read the class descriptions on the “Schedule/Course Descriptions” page.
3. Registration is open until December 8th.
4. Please submit payment after you register($175 check or $180 online). You may send $175 check made out to “BU Electives” with student’s name on the memo line) in an envelope to the following address:

-OR- Pay $180 online via PayPal. Online payments are subject to a small processing fee to cover fees charged by PayPal. Send payment of $180.00 to paypal.me/ bluegrassunited on the PayPal app or online website.
Payment is due December 12.
You may bring a check on Thursday Dec. 4 or 11 to Electives.
We will be unable to hold your spot in the program without payment, and your student will not be placed in his/her choice of classes until we have received payment.
You will be notified of your class schedule via email.
